Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our printed pieces, returns and exchanges are limited. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Custom Orders
Custom-designed items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a production error on our part. We work closely with clients during the design process to ensure accuracy and satisfaction before production begins.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
For approved returns, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Please include all original materials and documentation.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our work. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
